I had never used a car shipping service before and was nervous from the start. However, the folks at Tiger Auto Transport were so nice, and so very patient with all of my questions that I would not hesitate to use them again! Ian, Tiffany and Amanda were all so kind – walking me through the process and keeping me informed. The driver who actually handled the vehicle was also very professional and very nice (my sister on her end said the same!). Thanks again for the great job!
It is the first time I transport my car and it went cross country. The agent I spoke with gave me straight information and everything passed the way he said. The dispatcher and driver are from Uzbekistan, which I thought was very cool. Absolutely no communication problems. They picked up and delivered my car on time and it was in perfect condition. I would definitely use them again.
We recommend you to all of our customers. Excellent service. A pleasure to do business with.
My husband’s job relocated and we needed to move our cars fast. Tiger Auto Transport (I believe I talked to Christine) was helpful and was always available whenever we needed them. Our cars were delivered right on time. We will definitely use you guys again when it’s time for our daughter to go to college 🙂
Tiger Auto did a great job moving my BMW from Dallas to Jacksonville. They stood by their quote and were very professional. A+
This was my first time transporting my car so I was a little nervous, but they were super friendly and gave me all the information I needed.

Based on mileage, once your vehicle has been picked up, it will typically be delivered within anywhere from one to ten days.
Your vehicle will be insured against in-transit damage caused by carrier negligence or equipment failure by the assigned auto shipping or car transport truck. These auto shipping and car transport trucks, by law, carry a minimum of $750,000 public liability insurance.
We accept major credit cards. If there is a balance due upon delivery, the auto shipping and car transport carrier will accept cash, bank/certified check, or postal money order.
Yes, there must be someone present to accept the vehicle, provide keys and sign an inspection report. This person can be anyone over the age of 18.
The farther in advance you schedule your shipment, the more likely we will be able to meet the time requirements you desire. For best results, try to schedule your transport at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
We advise you not to, as personal items are not insured if they are damaged or reported missing. If you decide to pack personal items inside your vehicle, it must not exceed 100 lbs. and must be kept in the trunk or back seats (below the window line).
When shipping your car to another state, the driver will get as close to your door as he can legally and safely get. Many cities have restrictions on large trucks that prohibit them from driving into some residential areas. Transport trucks are large and need lots of room to maneuver and turn around, so if access to the pickup or delivery location is restricted by narrow streets, low-hanging trees or tight turns, the driver may ask that you meet the truck at a large parking lot nearby, such as a grocery store.
