We recommend not placing personal items inside the vehicle, as they are not covered by insurance in case of damage or loss. However, you are allowed to pack up to 100 lbs of personal belongings in the trunk only. If you’re shipping an SUV, minivan, or truck, you may store 100 lbs of items in the “trunk area” below the window line with the back seat upright. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges.
