Get answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about the boat shipping process.
On average, for a standard shipment it will typically take one to seven business days from the time
your booking has been received to locate a carrier and schedule a time for pick-up. Expedited
services are available for rush shipments and time sensitive transports.
Based on mileage, once your vehicle has been picked up, it will typically be delivered within
anywhere from one to ten days.
Your boat will be insured against in-transit damage caused by carrier negligence or equipment failure
by the assigned boat shipping or boat transport truck. These boat shipping and car transport trucks,
by law, carry a minimum of $750,000 public liability insurance.
We accept major credit cards. If there is a balance due upon delivery, the boat shipping and boat
transport carrier will accept cash, bank/certified check, or postal money order.
Yes, there must be someone present to accept the vehicle, provide keys and sign an inspection
report. This person can be anyone over the age of 18.
The farther in advance you schedule your shipment, the more likely we will be able to meet the time
requirements you desire. For best results, try to schedule your transport at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
When shipping your boat to another state, the driver will get as close to your door as he can legally
and safely get. Many cities have restrictions on large trucks that prohibit them from driving into some
residential areas. Transport trucks are large and need lots of room to maneuver and turn around, so
if access to the pickup or delivery location is restricted by narrow streets, low-hanging trees or tight
turns, the driver may ask that you meet the truck at a large parking lot nearby, such as a grocery
store.
We have received your order track request and will be reaching out to you shortly.
